The portfolio diversification may also consist of synthetic derivatives that have economic characteristics similar to the underlying equity securities and any other type of securities or equity investments, shares, quotas, partnership interest or other participatory right in the profits of the issuer of such securities; warrants, options or rights to acquire shares, quotas, partnership interest or other participatory right in the profits of the issuer of such securities; or notes or other debt instruments. The investment will be made only in the “securities” of non-U.S. issuers.
